100000% agree, steer clear of them.

I had to open a Paypal grievance to get my money back when communication dried up after 3 months of delays to a diffuser being ordered.

same 3 month of delay, paypal said nothing can do about it. after continuious emails, they sent me one after 5 months of waiting and it was the wrong one!!!

and when u ask for money back, they don't reply.

i would go with mstyle, they have a conpany in uk and they will make sure you get one that fits or else u can sue them. if online order u gotta to pay tax too and you wont get it back, and the money to post your difusser back to claim paypal.

I bought one from M-Style too, it didn't fit corrently so I took it to their centre in Romford and they attempted to fit it, same issue so they refunded me immediately. Much better experience.

Ive had to dealings with duke dynamics, first time had to wait around three months received the diffuser fitment and quality were spot on, then I've ordered another since then as I changed to a quad set up. Never came so got my money back through PayPal
