Need help with 335i purchase

Hi guys,
Just signed onto the forums. I'm usually on e46fanatics, I have a 330ci. I'm looking into buying a 335i. I'm only looking for a manual alpine white coupe. I found one that I like, I'll post the link below. I beat them down to 43,500. Before I go and sign the deal, I'd like to get a little input from u guys. What ya think of the car? Any advice? Awaiting to hear from ya. Thanks guys!

Here is the link:

Dealer claims "fully loaded".....it is not...no Navi,no PDC, no etc......

It looks to have manual, Sport, Premium, cold weather and MSRP on BMWUSA was 45,975.....again can't tell what other options it has but guessing that is all. You can easily order this exact combo with at least 1,000 K off MSRP so puts you at 44,975. I would glady pay 1,500 more for a brand new one...just my .02 cents. (I got 2k off MSRP on my order)

Again make sure that one was not a lemon buyback.......
One of my clients owns a used car lot and many 335i coupes on auction were lemon law buybacks.

Good luck.

^^^ What they've all said. Get a new one. That's a used car with 11K miles, NOT fully loaded (probably not even close - does it have comfort access, Adaptive steering & cruise?) We already it doesn't even have NAV. It's funny that they state in their ad "comes with all of the options you can think of"... Yeah, if you're buying a Kia. LOL

The only plus that I can see is that it has tints already done for you. On the other hand, you probably won't know who did them in case you need warranty work down the road.

Walk ... no, RUN away from this one.
