stretched tires and rotational difference

I used the tire calculator but it does not take wheel size into account .

215/ 35/19 225/ 35/19 calculator reads 1.1% difference

Xi this doesn't work

But the calculator does not read rim width .

If front rim is 8.5 and rear is 10 I feel the rear giving it an extra stretch causes smaller diameter .

Any opinions ?
