DIY request replacing sunroof SHADE

Hello

Can anyone please help me how to remove/replace sunroof shade is there a DIY for that? I can't find it anywhere.

Would really appreciate it.

From my experience, when i removed my headliner to paint it, the only way to get the sunshade out was clips that are only accessible from removing the whole sunroof assembly. Its a pain in the ass but more time consuming than difficult.
