Suspension Noise - help identify

I've got a strange noise coming from my front right suspension. It only manifests when 2 particular things are happening:

- turning left (even if its a slight bend in the road that means steering wheel is say 5-10 degrees off centre)
- I'm accelerating in the turn / bend. (not hard acceleration...just applying some throttle...even if its just to maintain the speed...so could be 20mph or even less considering I'm driving around london)

If I turn in but no throttle until the car is straight then there is no noise. If I do the same conrer same speed but slight throttle mid corner then the noise appears.

The noise is similar to when your wheel is catching the wheel arch but also has a rhythmic pulse to it. Faster I go the louder it is.

Now I've recently had air ride installed so all components are new. Only old components are the track arms...I'm wondering if they are worn. Car has done 67k and I don't think they have ever been changed.

Has anyone ever experienced symptoms of worn track arms...what are the sypmtoms like? And also how do I check to see if the arms are worn?
