what spacers?

please recommend me some hub centric spacers including size.

I have some 15's for my winter wheels, tried them on the MV3's & they are too big

10-12's on the rear only would likely be fine.

It depends how you want it to look though.

do you need to use extended bolts for 10/12s?

yes, you need to use extended bolts for ANY spacers. The stock bolts are only long enough for stock fitment.
