No, This is EZ Pass, for someone who doesn't know what it is: it is an automated way to pay for tolls on the roads, this little box gets scanned and money gets withdrawn from your credit card.

yes looks like an EZ-Pass. We use to have these that attached like the one in that picture but now have them that mount inside of the car.

I have that style on my bike. Couldnt find a place to mount the normal windshield ones so I ordered up that one. Placed it with zipties between my front fork.

EZ pass but that is illegal as it obstructs part of the license number.

Actually, its the only thing in NJ permitted to block part of the plate. Unbelievable isnt it?

Makes sense that they would only allow something to obstruct the plate when it generates revenue for the state.

Companies do make jammers that resemble that though.

They are used mostly on cars with specially coated windshields that won't let the signal work through the glass.
