Best tuner to have on speed dial for 500rwhp on stock turbos/pump gas? I absolutely love my car and would appreciate additional support on tap with cc on file to make it a reality!

A

Note: pump gas = 93oct + 50/50 meth (mods in signature)*

I don't want to crack your dreams, I'm not saying it's not possible. But it's very hard on stock turbos. Depending on your altitude and mods 500 will be hard to touch or look at. List your mods would be helpful to tuners and people to recommend you to.
Depending on what you want the most popular tuners are
Cobb jb4 and MHD.
Each has its own "plus" have you decided on that yet?

There's much more than just "I want 500hp"
I don't think any of the tuners could help you much if you don't post what mods you have and what fuel available.

Well, to even think about approaching those numbers you'd need the following upgraded:

FMIC (probably the most important)
Charge Pipe
Upgraded Turbo Inlets
Meth Injection
Catless or High Flow Catted Downpipes
MHD, JB4, or Cobb Tune

And perhaps a few more things, as I'm still doing research of my own. Achieving 500hp on regular pump gas (alone) with STOCK turbos, I believe isn't.. possible.. at least at the moment. Every high whp/wtq stock snail setups consist of higher octane, meth injection, or E85--not PUMP gas. However, I'm not saying that as fact, but just from what I've seen.

Realistically, if you want to keep your stock turbos running for at least a little while (comfortably) without putting too much strain on them, 400-430hp would be more realistic--and that's including the aforementioned necessary upgrades.

With that said, from my own research, Wedge appears to be the best candidate on the N54 platform for tuning.

These 500whp stock turbo cars don't mean anything. They put them on the dyno, crank up everything to reach 500whp without blowing it up (by "they" I mean the one or two who have come close to 500whp) then either decide if it blows up I don't mind or they crank it back down to sensible reliable whp. ALL use a heavy dose of e85. Some (one) e85 and meth. Want 500whp realistically u need to swap turbos. Without e85 big turbo.

pretty sure the record for stock turbos is 500, and they were running FBO, Upgraded inlets, 100% e85, 100% meth...

people are barely getting over 400 on pump gas.

500WHP on stock turbo's is not a realistic goal long term. For a glory run pull on the dyno, maybe but at that point just go to a high reading dyno...

FBO pump gas, ~430WHP, add turbo inlets and some E85 and you could be closer to ~460 realistically.

500 whp with the ricer STD correction factor BMW guys use is not 500 whp, it's more like 480 whp, and even that's a huge stretch to get to

It'll take a lot more than a tune with DP's, bolts&gaskets (what ever that means) and 50:50

Also bear in mind, in the 460-480hp range (if you can get there) you're going to be spinning the ever living shit out of stock turbos.

Whoever said 430whp on FBO and pump gas is highly unrealistic. You'd be lucky to be around 400whp on FBO and pump without meth.

you could always have the dyno operator mess with the settings. That could give you 500whp on a stock car if you do it right
