EGR possible problem .. am desperate

Hi there Guys

I have a bit of a problem. I have an 318D 2008 touring (e91) .. my problem is that sometimes when I drive an "reduced motor effect" lamp (yellow) is "shining" in my face and the motor effect is reduced, after 10 - 20 minutes of driving the lamp turns off and the car seems to drive fine Again.

I got the fault codes taken from the car, I hope that some of you have an idea of what this could be ..
