Hi would just like some helpful advice please regarding what I should service on my car.

Its a 335i petrol manual car, around 6 year old with only 32,000 miles on the clock.

Its had the following done:-

(a) 21 months old/19k miles - oil and micro filter

(b) 2 years old/22k miles - brake fluid

(c) 3 years 9 months old/29k miles - oil and micro filter and air filter

(d) 4 years old/30k miles - brake fluid and vehicle check

So its now around 5 year and 9 months old.

Its coming up for another oil change, so I had planned to:-

(e) Change the oil and a new oil filter

(f) New micro filter

I think BMW recommend changing the air filter every 4 years and thus it will not need changing until 2 more years time? Is this correct please?

Also what would be the advice about should I change the 6 sparks plugs, its a 6 year old car but with having only done 32,000 miles, is it worth changing the sparks plugs with having done so few miles. The spark plus have never been changed before but it still drives fine.

If not modded and not misfiring then I wouldn't change the plugs...

Are you planning to mod it? if not then u can change sparks at the next service. take it to a indy to do plugs!! u save alot of money. indy charge me 1 hour labour, and i buy my plugs from ecp around £10 each. if bmw your looking at £400+ including oil service. i alway buy my own oil for bmw to use( 2x 4 litre bottle online) cost about £70. bmw charge u £100 for 6.5 litres .

Bmw normally charges me around £70 for the oil service include ool filter, air filter(+ what ever cost you for oil).

No its not modded just standard 335i.

I have used a really good indy for the last few years.

And what about the air filter it is every 2 or 4 years you should change it please?
