hi,

on my 335i N55 engine i try to delete the resonator this morning but in the shop we saw that exhaust system that is mounted to the car has no resonator at all.

it has a link just like the x-pipe or h-pipe link.

is this exhaust oem or is it performance?

stock. 2011 e90 335i RWD does not have a resonator like n54 and no secondary cats like X-drive, just the x pipe.

so there is a presume nothing left for me to do to make a deeper sound?

maybe replacing the pipes at the mufflers to make a "straight" pipe with camouflage muffler on it?

keep the midpipes as they are and add a performance downpipe

Look at doing a muffler mod like the PE one... Open the mufflers insulate and cover the inside holes with clamp or weld them shut...

Google and YouTube the muffler mod for more info

performance downpipe is from M department or you mean some other manufacturer?

Install catless downpipes to make the exhaust deeper. Shoot me a PM and I can explain more if you need more info.
