Help w/ Suspension Setup

Hey guys,
My car is finally FBO, and I want to get the best suspension setup I can with the added power. I'm planning on participating in quite a few track days this summer, and want to get some feedback on what other members have been running and would recommend. I'm currently running:

Exotic Speed Carbon Fiber Strut Bar
M3 Front Upper Control Arms
M3 Front Lower Control Arms
M3 Rear Guide Rods
M3 Rear Toe Arms
M3 Rear Subframe Bushings
Turner Solid Differential Bushings
H&R Front Sway Bar
PSS: 245/40/18, 275/35/18

I'm planning on getting Ohlins R/T, Mfactory LSD w/ VAC Diff Cover, Camber Plates,H&R Rear Sway Bar, and Rogue Transmission mounts before start of summer. The car is my DD, however I'm young and don't mind a harsh ride haha.

Maybe you can consider some track oriented brake pads such as Ferodo DS2500. At least the fluid should be changed to some fresh high spec Dot 4 fluid such as Motul 600 or similar.

Please take care on those PSS tires as they get more slippery when they heat up. Don't let it catch you by surprise!

For track driving, I suggest using low boost setting until you confirm if the cooling system can keep the temperature under control.

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely keep all those things in mind! I'm currently running akebono ceramics, brembo sport cross rotors, and ss lines. I'm planning on switching to track pads and motul fluid for the track.

Maybe consider a different suspension? Ohlins rt isn't a track oriented suspension. I'd look at JRZ if you have the coin or TCK over Ohlins if you're going to track the car. Ohlins is too soft.

Definitely pass on the Ohlins, general consensus is that they don't do well on the track (too soft). Your best option is JRZ, they're fantastic dampers, very powerful. If you're not looking to spend that much, the KW Clubsport, or the TC Kline DA kit would be great too, as both are track focused, and I've heard very positive things about both of their track performance.

Manzo rear toe control arms, diff lock down, m3 front sway, e93 rear sway, m3 steering wheel, Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 tires, stiffer coils, lower, camber, F30 performance brakes. That'll give you a few things to work on.

I've heard that as well, but I was planning on switching out the stock ohlins springs for swift springs for a bit of a firmer ride. And since the car is also my daily, I heard the Ohlins are a little bit more bearable than the JRZ for daily driving.

I actually just switched out my stock bushings for the m3 subframe bushings not too long ago, and have been hating myself ever since for not getting the solid ones.... My plan is to have them switched out again for the Turner solid subframe bushings plus solid transmission and motor mounts when I get the LSD in the car.

Thanks for the advice! It seems the Ohlins are definitely not favored in terms of performance vs JRZ and TC Kline setup. I will definitely do alot more research before I pull the trigger.

If you're going to stick with street tires, Ohlins with firmer rear springs will be good if your car is mainly a DD. I just don't like that the rear shocks are valved to dampen soft springs.
JRZ>TCK DA> Ohlins IMHO

I just recently installed solid diff bushings and i'm probably not making enough power to benefit from the diff lock down kit. And I've heard the f30 brakes are not much of an improvement over stock, so I will probably hold out a bit until I can save enough for a set of stoptech BBK. Will definitely look into the rear toe arms and working out the camber though. Thanks!

JRZ>TCK DA> Ohlins IMHO
My car will definitely do 90% driving on the street, so I was a little skeptical about going on an all out track setup. I was planning to have Ohlins revalve the coilovers with the swift springs. Plus the JRZ and TCK DA are almost 1K+ more expensive than the Ohlins, so I was having a hard time justifying that purchase haha
