Need advice from 335i crowd (Video)

Could someone look at my video and tell me if this may be a waste-gate issue on a 335D 2011. I realize there is a section for the D, but there seems to be more waste-gate issues in the i.

Seems a bit loose to me .. Do you have some boost issues or anything like that ?

I am tracking down fuel mileage that isn't quite what others are getting, 27 mixed for me. Got my CBU cleaning recently as the car is a new buy. I just happened to find this and seems loose, i thought there was a preload normally. Secondly i don't feel the amount of torque down low as much as people say. If i nail it sure it will go. Other small performance issues.

But i don't have another car to compare.
