Help Me Decide Next Mod (Logs Inside)

I am taking my time bringing my e90 up to full bolt on. Right now I only have a BMS DCI and JB4 G5 running map 5 with a mixture of 25% E85 to 75% 93 octane fuel. It has been running this setup now for 1 year and it is time to take another baby step.

I have a max of $1000 to spend. I know I "need" an intercooler, charge pipe, and downpipes to take that next step but I am not sure which one would be the best first step.

I went to Texas Motor Speedway tonight and ran 4 times in the 1/8 mile practice runs. The following logs are from 3 of those runs. Ambient temperature was 95 degrees.
