Cobb Lost Stock ROM
Hey guys,
the 135i I just bought had a previous Accessport install already on it, so I had to overwrite that install. Car was purchased through a dealer.. previous AP is nowhere to be found. Today, I unmarried my AP and was left with P2FA3, coding missing. Code is associated with many Cobb install/uninstall issues. I'm guessing since my AP never had the ROM the car was built with, it used the failsafe backup Cobb provides. My cruise control stopped working after installing the AP when I first go the car. What are my options? Can I download the right ROM off the web somewhere or is it specific to my car? |

well, sorta pointless since I already had one and the married AP was nowhere to be found..
car is at the dealership now trying to get new turbos, so maybe they'll just end up reprogramming it. Car isn't CPO unfortunately, it only ever had one owner before me. |

Dealer didn't say a thing about the code and is BMW is footing the bill for new turbos which makes me happy, but functioning CC would be nice.. any insight on this?
