I know the owner - and have taken a couple rides in this particular car. It took 6 months for the NC DMV to issue a title because the car itself is not defined as a "type" of motor vehicle...crazy process. I think Texas just revoked all Atom titles for a similar reason...

...But yea, that car is INSANE...
