I found a set on eBay for £500 complete with decent tread winter tyres, I'd love to run it as a summer set-up as it looks very agressive. They usually sell for around the £900 mark with tyres. Quote:

It also has M3 front arms. I had alignment done at Center Gravity - they removed front strut top mount pins and set up the front camber to 1o23', and reduced rear camber from over 2o to 1o13' with KMac adjustable bushes. Lowering the ride height really increased the camber more than I thought it would which didnt help straight line traction. Drives very nicely - rear wheel grip much improved with less camber and wider tyres. This is most noticeable on hard acceleration when pulling out of T-junctions where previously the inside wheel would often spin before the traction control caught it (no LSD) - now its much less of an issue. Front turn-in is really good with no tendency to run wide. Engine is remapped and front brakes upgraded with Tarox pads. I just need to get the windows tinted and the minor damage to lower front bumper sorted (my bad ![]()

So 245/45 do fit on the the car... apex recommends 245/40 but i want more sidewall. I currently have an xdrive model - any issues with clearance? Would be running square 17x9.0 et 30 all around.
