Bit of a drive. Lifts are cheaper than you think if you have the garage space for one.

Townhome problems

I don't even have a covered garage. I can barely work on my car without a warning notice from the HOA.

I was actually surprised how affordable they are. In the next house I suppose.

Yeah, the key is having a garage that can support it. You need the height clearance and the right depth in the concrete to sink the anchors. The latter can be fixed pretty easily by cutting out circles in the concrete and pouring it deeper.

Nope, standard 911 Carrera. At that time the only specs were Carrera or Turbo.

That would be correct. I went for it over a newer one as it is more different than my 1 series.
