Reverse Lowering and New wheels
Switched to Eibach Pro springs from the unbranded mega lowz and also replaced my 18" wheels for a set of 19"
Cant recommend the Eibach pro springs enough car feels great and with the geometry back so some normality road holding and comfort is much better. Didnt change shocks at the mo as they all where intact. ill look into replacements as and when they need replacing. Excuse the Tyre profiles the more eagle eyed of you will notice these wheels are not originally from E9x. the wheels came with these tires so im currently investigating which size and profile to change to so it looks a little more equal. ![]() ![]() Fronts currently 225/40/19 looking to change to 225/35/19 (8" Front wheel) ![]() ![]() Not seen this before on this car.....daylight between arch and wheel ![]() ![]() Rears are 235/35/19 need to work out if a 255/30/19 will fit with rubbing (9.5" rear wheel) Ill get some better side on pics now its settled |

Have you got any pics that show the whole car, rather than closeups of the wheels? Gives a better idea of how they look overall!
The tyre sizes are all a bit strange, you've got 225/40's on the front, which are a 660mm diameter, and 235/35 on the rear which are 645mm diameter. The E90 stock sizes are 635-640mm diameter, eg the fronts should be 225/35r19, and the rears like you've said should be 255/30. You could probably go upto 235/35 front and 265/30 rears assuming they'd clear the arches. |

yep tyre sizes are not correct. Im not sure ill get anything other than a 255/30 on the rear as the offset is quite aggessive. |

Changed the rear tyres now for 255 35 19 so far no rubbing. Not had a car full yet. but its usually only the kids in the back and maybe a boot full of shopping. Fingers crossed ill get away without rolling the arches
