Weird Sound Under WOT (Solved)
Tonight I was driving my car home from work and i punched it and immediately got a strange sound coming from what seemed to be the right front end of the car. It sounded like a loose rubber hose squeaking. It wasn't a high pitched sound but more of the sound if a plastic bag got stuck in a vacuum.
I came home and started poking around the motor and all i could really come up with is the flapper valve that connects the BMS oil catch can tubing to the top of the motor. The seal inside seems to be a bit damaged, but im not sure this is really the issue. Has anyone ever experienced this issue? Solution: The connection between the turbos and the FMIC (one of the worm drive clamps) was loose and it was boost leak. Didnt expect it to sounds the way it did, but now I know. Also, I replaced the flapper valve that connects the BMS OCC to the crankcase for $30 since I had already bought it..one less thing to worry about :happy anim:

Also, there seemed to be a lot of oil in the flapper valve and catch can. Could this be from the flapper valve not working correctly?

I was going to say boost leak, but it looks like you've already figured that out.

I had the same issue. The plastic clamps were cracked and wasn't sealing correctly. Oil would seep out of the tube instead of going to the catch can. My plastic factory PCV valve was shot causing oil to pass through.
I ordered another flapper valve and installed it while doing the RB PCV Valve.
