What is this sound? Water pump or something else?

I have 2007 335i with 88k miles. Recently I noticed this ticking sound coming from the engine after I park and shut it off. The fan is not working when I turn off the car, so I don't think it's the water pump. This sound stays for a few minutes depending on the length of the drive, the longer the drive the longer the sound stays after it gets turned off. Here is the youtube video, let me know what you think. Car runs and drives normal
