TL;DR - Fenders fucked, need roll. Who/where can help?

I'm located in 08060, I'm looking for help with my rear fenders. I'm rubbing on the right side even though I haven't adjusted the coilovers since I put them on. So I'm thinking it's just a fender issue. I damaged my rear fenders early 2014 when I put some wheels on that were too big without removing the spacers.

So I'm looking for someone or a recommendation where I can get both rear fenders cleaned up and rolled within 30-45 minutes of 08060. Might go up to an hour distance if it's a good deal.

I'm two hours from there, and I do what I can do avoid going anywhere near the city. Last time I went there all four of my wheels were bent.

I'll probably end up doing it myself.
