E92 lci light brake light bulb ?
Guys..
haven't searched so apologies if this is a repeat if another long standing thread but just got told my left brake light no longer works. Any ideas how to replace and which bulb please ? Need to get it done asap before MOT. Thanks all. Sam |

Sam, Don't quote me on it but I think the reverse lights are replaceable but the brake lights are definitely LEDs and in theory unreplaceable. Pain considering just a bulb in theory. Could you borrow someones pre lci lights just to get you through. Someone might correct me however.
Ben Edit Since i assume it didn't come up on your idrive have you checked it's not a loose connection? |

Sam the brake lights are definitely LED. If all brake light LED bulbs are not lighting on the complete unit then it's more likely another issue with the connection or something.

Sam you're welcome to borrow my pre-LCI pair to get you through the MOT if that helps, but I understand of course you'll be wanting a fix for your LCI set - afraid I don't know what to suggest. Let me know if I can help with the pre-LCI pair though.

This is correct, however it's Sam's brake light that has stopped working

Sorry guys, thanks for the help but I did test and all seems working fine. Maybe the guy who told me they weren't working was being overly worried or something ?! LOL
