How to ajust the level of my windshild wiper blades

I had some problems with my wiper blades mechanisam so I wet to my dealer and they changed it. But now my wipers, when they are standing stil they are in to high position. They are above that black edge of my windshild. Can I somehow lover them without going back to my dealer????

Uncover the locking nuts (M10), undo them, reposition the wiper arms to your liking, tighten the nuts, reinstall the covers.

A 10 minute job.

Is there any other way except that one, becouse the guy from dealership was adjusting the position from inside the car...
