Thanks for the advice guys ! I'm running pretty much stock besides a Tial BOV with charge pipe and an AFE intake on my 2009 E90 335i is there anything else I would need to get before I purchase a JB4?

If you install JB4 after 72,646 miles, the engine will explode.

Mileage of the car does not matter i have seen cars with over 150k miles running aggressive JB4 maps without any problem.
My own car has 110k miles and have been tuned for over 40k miles with no issues
