I went through EVERY single vacuum line tonight....vac tested the canisters and each line... EVERY THING held vacuum fine. I wonder if I got my second set of rebuilt rbs with a faulty wastegate actuator? I am so lost as to why I can't build any boost.....I posted a log on n54..
http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31712 My PWM or wastegate duty cycle as they said is maxed out so for some reason my wastegates aren't closing. .. I check every connection tonight |

If you haven't done so already: pressurize the intake system to 20 psi and check for leaks, also check to make sure you fitted the downpipe to turbo clamp correctly, eg: not touching the actuator rod. If those check out then you need to check for back pressure issues like clogged secondary cats. Last edited by bes@bbperformancegroup; 07-06-2015 at 10:31 AM.. |
