Trunk light not working

Hey all,
I recently replaced my trunk light and made the mistake of using a metal screwdriver. I ended up shorting out the trunk light assembly. I replaced the trunk light assembly, the lift itself, and he fuse. The light still will not work. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

Did you figured out the issue? I am having the same problem. Glove box and AC work now (I replaced the fuse #77), but the trunk light won't work. New bulb in place (original, not LED).
