how much for old mini

i'm trying to buy a old mini, bad condition, fuel leaking, engine oil leaking, transmission oil leaking, clutch wear out, need new paint job, need new seat(s), need new pipping. It's rhd car, owner asking for $7000, fix everything will be another $4k-5k(including mods that i will put on), worthy? tia for your opinion.

Too expensive

For that price, you can at least find something with a decent interior/exterior and in simi-operating condition.

Last year I almost bought an absolute perfect, well maintained old cooper with a bit of rust for 8500, but backed out. You can find a nicer one elsewhere
