How bad can it be
Going from procede to jb4. But my backend flash is for procede. I can't find my original file for my ecu. Computer took a dump.

Either use MHD F flasher which can flash you back to a stock file or flash a canned backend bin, just make sure you use the correct file I8AOS to I8AOS, IJEOS to IJEOS etc. Running the backend flash for the procede shouldn't be bad at all. If you like it now the only difference the JB4 will make is the boost maps. Remember the backend flash takes over everything except boost control so basically if you don't update your backend flash, your just changing boost controllers... albeit one with updated features and logging abilities.
