Reminds me of that old 'Take on Me' video, with the black and white cartoon effect applied to the band and actress. But this is in color, so extra points!

Not a fan of most of those filters in Photoshop. Just not a very appealing look in my opinion. The original photo with some color, level, and contrast adjustments would suit it better.

It's funny you say that. This was based on an HDR image that was a composite of several LDR Images.
HDR Image converted to PNG

BTW - I used Gimp, not Photoshop

Not in the mood to spend the $$ on photoshop when I can do most things in either GIMP or PhotoImpact

With GIMP, I can run it on my Mac and PC without purchasing two copies (OSS FTW!)
