I did this and the sound is not too over the top from the injectors. But you can really hear those turbos spool and the swoosh. Btw, I have ER cp with stock dv's. I can't really see a lot of water getting in there unless you're purposely trying to shoot it in the engine bay. Really nice sound IMO.

Compared to the stock charge pipe, did you notice any sound difference with the ER?

No. Not really. If it is a difference, it's very slight. But I just installed the cp last weekend and haven't even driven the car except to make sure that install went ok. I'll get a chance to drive it this week to work, so I should be able to do some nice pulls on the interstate and compare the ER and stock cp sounds.
