one Blown individual sub, can i unplug it?
Without fucking with anything else, can I unplug it because it sounds like shit, but I don't want to mess with anything else. If so, do I unplug it right under the seat or at the amp in the trunk, do I have to take out the seat, anything else I should be worried about or am I asking too many questions? LOL

You can unplug it at the speaker.

You have to lean it back with the fastners out
You have to lean it back with the fastners out
at which point you might as well replace it . Look for a used one or buy a set to replace both . Put a rug in the back seat area have the back of the seat upright. Take out the front fastners then the back . Don't unplug it or you will have an airbag error. Unless you disconnect the battery. How do you know it's the speaker and not the amp? Read the part about under seats in this http://www.e90post.com/forums/attach...3&d=1329017429 Its pretty easy there is plug at the speaker housing . The side sill rug connectors are a little puzzling but won't be after you read the above. Don't over tighten the hold downs when you put it back or align and/or make sure the seat goes back and foward after reinstalling. Last edited by ctuna; 08-23-2015 at 02:07 PM.. |

There on separate channels

You should be able to tell when you inspect it. Or you could test it outside the car . |
