LCI Rears Conversion Conundrum

I've installed rear LCI lights into my 06 e90. I've had the relevant coding done (Thanks Rich!). I've also changed the order of the wires in the plug as per the threads on here. The indicators flash correctly and there's no error codes. However the reverse light / side light / fog lights are all mixed up.
Putting the car in reverse gives the sidelight bars, rear fogs bring on the reverse light etc.

Any clues?

Sounds like it's not wired up properly.

Yeah as Paul said sounds like you've got your PIN numbers mixed up in the plugs I'd check them again to start with

The only wires I've swapped are the yellow and green ones... As per this photo

Am I safe to start swapping wires willy nilly or can I potentially damage something.

Sorted it. Had to swap the yellow and green wires then reverse the whole sequence of the wires on each side.
Pics below for future people

Had us scratching our heads over the weekend, I did say it looked like a wiring issue though, glad it was an easy fix
