NCS Expert vin faulty error

Hey guys, today I tried coding my car with a few things and I was faced with a VIN is faulty error after entering my VIN. Any ideas? Can someone lead me in the right direction? Thanks

If you have a JB4, make sure it's in MAP 0.

Make sure the .man file is empty.

Make sure your datens are up to date and in the correct locations. If you updated datens, make sure you ran the LADEN.bat file.
