Reason for selling
I am a full time mechanical engineering student and bought this car while working internships. I have decided to stop working so that I can blast through the remaining years of school and finally start my career. In turn, I have to reduce my monthly expenditures and the car payment is the first to go.

Thank you! When I was shopping for a 335i my main filter was interior color; I wanted saddle brown but would settle for tan. No black or oyster. I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on this color combo

Don't be scared by the fact that the car has a lien on the title by the bank! There are 2 scenarios to get the car in your name.

1. You pay all "cash" in the form of two bank checks. we go to the local state farm agent together and we mail one of your checks for the buyout on the loan (11,805 currently) directly to the Statefarm bank address. A note/document is included which will instruct the bank to release the title to your name and address. You will have the title in your mailbox within 1-3 business days of when we mail the check. The second check goes straight to me in the left over amount (agreed selling price minus the buyout price).

2. Statefarm bank will give a loan to a qualified buyer on this car. I have confirmation from them. You can get a loan for whatever amount you'd like. I'd suggest either getting a loan solely for buying out my loan (with the left over from agreed purchase price goes to me as cash or bank check), or you get a loan for more than that, depending on what they will allot you. If that is the case, they will provide you with two bank checks. One goes directly to itself to buyout my loan and the other is given to me. This would all happen at the local state farm agent location. After you get your loan straightened out/approved, we go to the local agent where all necessary paperwork is waiting for us. That agent will have the checks from your loan already. The title will, again, be in your hands within 1-3 business days.

Either way we do it, you drive off with the car on the spot and have the title in hand, signed to your name in 1-3 business days, and I walk away with the left over amount in either cash or bank check.

It sounds complicated but it's only one phone call and about 20 minutes at the local Statefarm agent no matter what way we go about this.

Lots of nibbles but no serious bites. I know someone wants a clean, fun daily! don't let 100k miles scare you, most parts service life is under 80k and thus has already been replaced for you I know I'm biased, but I'd rather a properly maintained 100k than a 70-80k mile time bomb
