The interior of the car is in good shape. There is a scratch in the leather on the passenger seat from my buddy's studded belt. It is pictured below. There are also some dings in the brushed aluminum trim on the door from the seat belt hitting it.

The paint is in good shape as well. There is a rock chip on the front of the hood that is about the size of a watermelon seed. It happened quite recently and I am pretty bummed about it. There are a couple of small surface scratches around the car but they are very insignificant. Someone with some paint restoration skills could make it perfect again easily. There is a ding in the passenger side door from when some bicycle fell on the car outside of my local coffee shop. The damage is very minor.

Mechanically, the car is perfect. It has been serviced at every 5,000 mile interval and a few different BMW dealers across the country. The fuel pump was replaced under warranty 2500 miles ago by Coast BMW here in San Luis Obispo. That was the only time this car has EVER had a mechanical problem.

This car is super clean and super mean.

update:

Tomorrow the car is getting brand new OEM brake pads all the way around.

One of the front fog lamps was also looking a little bit dim so I just ordered new bulbs for both of them just incase. To be installed next week.
