I am asking YOU - Porsche GT3
Hi guys,
as some of you know, I am a journalist and test cars. I just started with video productions as well. I am lucky enough to get the Porsche GT3 end of this week for a couple of days. If there is anything in particular you guys would like to see or know about it in a video let me know. Maybe I can make it happen Feel free to check out my last video - the new Audi R8. [u2b][/u2b] Take care guys! Kgroschi

Can you pick me up so I can come along for a ride? I swear I'm an awesome passenger/co-pilot

Suppose there's a "Clutch Kick" function when you pull both paddles? I haven't seen that in action in any of the review videos, so I'm wondering if it's real, and whether you can do a 180 degree turnaround to show us

Haha ok. I will see if it goes sideways. So far I have gotten no Porsche really sideways... never had the room for it.

Yes absolutely. I am also very curious about this function. I will definitely get into that! Thanks!

I would like to know (if possible) how it compares to the 997 GT3RS. I keep hearing it is as fast as the last gen RS but haven't actually seen comparisons.
Or your thoughts about the new R8 you just driven. I know they are not really direct competition but since you just reviewed the R8 that would be interesting. |

Unfortunately I never drove the 997 GT3 RS, but the 997 GT3 RS 4.0. But that was back in 2011. So I will try my best to compare these two a bit. Comparing to the R8 might be difficult but I try

Hi guys, I am still working on the review and I have not forgotten you guys. I just posted a new thread with a very short video of me dumping the clutch in the PDK just to show you a bit how it feels. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...9#post18514649 I will mention it more detailed in the full review. Also, I would like to say that it's hard to compare this car to the R8 but overall the R8 of course felt more modern and the steering is better than in the GT3 in my opinion. It's a lot faster and more direct which I personally enjoy a lot. However, the screaming boxer 6 sounds a bit nicer to my ears and more brutal than the more refining sounding V10. Overall the R8 is more comfortable and more of a daily car than the GT3 of course. I could own an R8 in the States for example but not a GT3. This car needs to be driven on open, top quality roads where you can go 125 mph + legally. Unless you go to the track regularly and can afford to have the GT3 as an extra weekend car of course. Danke! Kgroschi
