Question on CPO warranty and DIY

Hi all, not new to the forum, but new to posting! I have a 2011 335d and the car has a CPO warranty until October 2016. I just rolled over 50K and the car's regular maintenance (car on a lift) light came on. My car no longer has a maintenance warranty and I have been doing my own oil changes, filters, etc. for some time now.
My question is, do I have to bring the car into BMW for the service to retain the CPO warranty? I have a copy of the maintenance schedule checklist, and if I do it myself and retain receipts for parts/fluids is there any problem with that? Thank you for any insight!

Nope, no requirement to have your car serviced at the dealer to retain CPO warranty. Service it yourself or bring to any indy shop you'd like. I do the same and keep all my receipts.

Great! Thank you for the reassurance, that is exactly what I will be doing then. I was reading through the CPO paperwork and it was a little too ambiguous for my liking. I appreciate it.
