Engine Braking = 4D16 ?

Over the last ~32,000km I've experienced intermittent P20EE/4D16 with relative consistency. No other issues have presented themselves; I do love these cars!

However, it feels like I'm long overdue on having the engine light come on. While this is certainly a good thing, I can only attribute one change since the last time the light came on: I haven't downshifted manually in over a month. The paddles just make it soo easy to play with and the compression of the motor on decel is impressive (read: fun).

Using my code reader I've regularly scanned the freeze-frame data and the conditions under which I usually see this code involve revs under 2k. While I haven't been logging the data, it has me wondering if I'm not having PCV issues?

Thoughts? Need more data? Car is a 2010 sport with ~93,000km, all stock. My aftermarket warranty is up in 10K and I'm thinking that a catch can and a meth kit are in my future before anything else.

I believe P20EE is urea related code. The only way I remember is because it sounds like PEE. Lol. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm correct on the pee thing, then you can start at cleaning your urea nozzle.

Back in March I took the urea nozzle out and cleaned it. However, there was absolutely no accumulation of anything to speak of. Before and after shots:
