Coilovers vs Sport Springs and Shocks vs regular Replacemednt

I have the base model 2007 328xi. I need to replace the rear shocks.

What I am wondering is if it's worth it to just get sport spings like here: http://************/o75b77k

And also some sport shocks. Is that sort of the same as what I ahve now but will make the car lower and handle better? Or do I get coilovers... or is it only the coilovers that can lower the car and make it handle better? Thanks a lot.

Some say there is stress on the front axle if you lower the car but can an expert confirm this? Thanks

Shocks don't affect ride height. Springs do. Eibach prokit and bilstein b8's are very good choices.

Nope.

Nope, but 16'' wheels will look minuscule when lowered. You'll also need huge spacers.
