Major problem with MHD loging and connecting to my ecu

ok something really strange happen today. I just bought my 2007 335i about 2 months ago bone stock. I installed full bolt ons running a jb4 right away. I bought the cheep $18 dcan cable from ebay and flashed a jb4 pump gas backend map with mhd and everything was great. I drive the car for the past month or two about 2,000 miles and everything is great tonight i decided to buy the loging and monitoring feature on mhd. The purchase went fine. but after i paid for the logging feature mhd has trouble connecting to the car. and when it does connect to the car the whole car shakes and sputters and will go into limp mode. the car basicly dies, jerks, sputters, and pops flames. Under partial throttle, it just bucks and jerks like hell. I disconnect the cable and turn off the car. With the cable and mhd not connected every time i start the car the car will run like crap and go in to limp mode and the dash gauges/fuel gauge/speedo will all go crazy. The car is almost undrivable. This will happen about 4-5 time when i turn off and restart the car. Eventually one start up the car will be 100% normal and the car will be fine untill i try to plug my phone into the car and connect the car to mhd and everything will go crazy again. I will need to restart the car 4-10 times again untill the crazyness stops and everything is normal again.

What the hell is going on here? the car does have a very hard time to connect to mhd now. It will most of the time not connect or it will say unstable connection. and when it does connect it will make the car go crazy and throw me into limp mode and the car will sputter and this is all just sitting at idle. Did my dcan cable go bad?

Id say its a phone issue at a guess, close all your active apps ? Put it on aeroplane mode ? Worth a shot.

I'd get another cable. Don't trust anything with a white PCB. I've been through 3 white PCB cables which all did dodgy things. Unfortunately, there are good and bad green PCB ones too but most are good.

My white board cable works flawlessly. Did you try with the jb4 completely disconnected to rule that out?

CANBUS interference or conflict with the jb4. Try setting the jb4 on map 0 or disconnect it and see if you still have the same issue.

I believe the mhd loging and monitoring feature is not comparable with the jb4 unless it's in map0? The guys on n54tech are saying this.
