As the title states. I'm looking to buy a C reader and not looking to spend a lot!

I'm not sure which type the BMWs take..but they are not all universal. I bought one for my Evo which was OBD2. All vehicles after a certain year was OBD2, I think it was 1996, prior to that was OBD1. There are exceptions, ie Benz and Subaru use a certain kind of reader.
Just go on eBay and type in "BMW code reader" or "BMW OBD reader" and see what comes up. |
