If I had a boy, here's my candidate names:

Boy:
Mark, Max, Adam, Alan, Sam, Ed Jr., Wilson, James, Jim.

Middle name Patrick in honor of my father's middle name, Casey (a corruption of Casimir, my grandfather's name or hell, even actually Casimir), or even Gordon.

Girl:
Heather (a tribute to my dad who likes that name and that's what he would've named his daughter), Jasmine, Vicki, Isabella, Becky, or Chloe.

I don't know why, but royalty-inspired middle names like Elizabeth and Madison are kind of a must.

Some great suggestions in here guys! I like the ring of Peyton and Eli. Jasmine is also actually one of my favourite girl names, however we already have someone with that name in our family. I like Olivia as well.

My wife and I named our Newborn son Jacob. It was down to Jacob and Daniel, but I didn't like Dan or Danny.

If you know TV animated series Jacob Two-Two you'd know that Daniel is Jacob's older brother.

This website helped http://www.behindthename.com/

Basically there's too many Hayden, Jaden, Jayden, Kaden, etc. I think simple names that don't require second guessing the spelling is helpful for school, for making friends, and not getting made fun of. Not having the name of anyone in our immediate family and friends was a consideration, and of course matching the last name is also important.

Hayden/Anakin was big when Star Wars Ep. 1 came out, so perhaps you want to consider John/Finn, Daisy/Rey, Oscar/Poe or just go all out with Kylo Ren for a Boy since Ep. 7 is due this December.

Fallopia Tubuelle if it's a girl, very feminine.

Testestero if it's a boy, very masculine.

and they won't have to wear the appropriate color hat for the first few months so people know the sex.

Caleb and Declan are modern? Last time I checked, Caleb was a biblical name and Declan was cannonized as a saint back in the 5th century in Ireland.

She is actually smoking considering her age being over 50 and everything. Now I am just trying to remember what role she had in the Matrix.

No Christopher, James, Wilson, John, Andrew and please no noun names. I know a boy Cash and the girl is Jet, siblings!!!! Really!!!! Don't forget that they are going to be stuck with that name for the rest of their lives.

For girls nothing that ends in "ette". No Krystal, Jane, Sandy, and the same no noun names or flower, and no famous porn stars or celebs names, Jill, Lisa, Madison,

One name is enough, no middle names. Cristopher Julian Matheous, Really guys!!!

How about Vladimir? It's kinda cool when someone gets that name, but is not Russian.

That reminds me of the fake ID I had when I was 16. My first name on that was Vladimir Karanikov and that was quite interesting as there aren't many East Indian people with Russian names. No wonder I never tried using that ID. Lol
