Long story but it' snot cut and dry. I was took out a loan for a friend's Porsche, so I said if I do that, I title it, you pay, you insure.
So he paid for 2 yrs and then disappeared. Now I have to pay the rest on a 2 yo car that he has. I report it stolen, pd takes it, give it to me. But the auto detective said the dude said he made pymts and he had proof, so I know something's up. Did the title mean I could keep the car? Nope. Why? Civil court. |

Anyway my point has to do with the title carrying only so much weight, and also never sign or consign for anybody else, not even a spouse. He could not substantiate that he had put 30k down, but the court beloved him, based on his silver spoon, and my broke a** |
