Pass inspection with 1 not ready code, it's real!

Ok so I have three not ready monitors. Evap, Heat, No Cats. Wondering if a DP fix will take care of these? Mechanic said I should install a spacer at O2 sensors to lessen heat. Is that what a DP fix does? Been chasing this for a month now. Thanks guys.
