I recently ordered Fortune Auto 500 series coilovers for my e92 335i from James McKibben over at Vivid Racing. He was knowledgeable and prompt with my order details.

When the coilovers arrived, my installer noticed that the rear damping extenders weren't included in my shipment but were on my invoice. The rear damper for the e92 platform is not configured such to make use of these extenders since the adjustability is done within the wheel well. This was a mistake on Fortune Auto's part as the rear extenders should not be an option for the e92 platform. I spoke with James about receiving a refund and he was prompt with it and within the same day my PayPal account was credited.

Definitely recommend dealing with Vivid, it's nice to deal with someone prompt and knowledgeable. I've also ordered the occasional quart of brake fluid from them since they are local to me in Arizona, nice to have that option to those in the Phoenix area.
