E90 335d whats it worth question

Hi all, after 6 years of ownership, i have now bought a 330Xdrive estate and now looking to sell the E90.

Prices seem to vary all over, so whats your thoughts on mine:

Dec 06 Registered, metallic black E90 335d
Im the third owner (first was a hotel director and second only had the car for a month as he couldnt get three baby seats in the back)
80,000 miles
Full BMW service history along with my own additional work (oil & filter changed annually, micro filter etc)
Spec includes:
Xenon headlights, leather interior, split armrest, Alpine sound upgrade including logic 7 subs, newer professional head unit (coded to Hi-Fi) with the bluetooth and USB, M3 paddles, genuine darkline rear lights, privacy rear windows, extended storage and light package, heated and lumber support front seats

I also have the Evolve switch.

Bodywork is in very good condition as i only hand wash and it is garaged every night.

Whats your thoughts on a private sale price ?

I will put it into the classifieds along with some pictures once i get a price. Thanks !

Please add pics to help. I agree their values are all over the place. The biggest problem are the extremes, poor cars and the mint ones.
