Wheel fitment, offset confirmation

I tried to use the calculator and other tools but I cant find any confirmation on the fitment and the calculator says more less clearance and I'm not sure what it means.
I drive a 2008 335i with 19" wheels and sport suspension. It is not x-drive.

The wheel specs Im looking at are

Front offset: 38
Rear offset: 45
Front tire size: 225/35/19
Rear tire size: 255/35/19
Front Rim size: 19"x8.5
Rear rim size: 19"x9.5

Will they fit? Will I need spacers?
Help and comments really appreciated

Front will fit good but the back will be tucked. Would need At least a 10mm spacer in the back.

The rear tires you will want to go with 255/30r19 or your sidewall will be much taller then the rear.
