Let me see what I can do. I just need to dodge rain over the next three days. I do have some vacation in a week or so and should be able to get some stuff then.

Now thats power. Have you spoken w/ Max Boost on here? I know he goes by other names on the vette forums but he doenst want his real name on this board. He has a 1000whp+ vette that is probably going to end up around 1200whp when he's done. He's at 1000whp at 5000rpms or so at this point and having ecu issues. Guess they didnt make that car to know how to handle that much power!!

Im actually waiting delivery this weekend of my 335xi and id like to do something to it, just undecided i guess. I will probably go with JB2 since it seems like the most reputable one. I dont really like the procede, not for me. Doesnt sound like the tune is as good a JB2 IMO. Ill know when i get JB2 and plug in my laptop if everything is ok with the tune.

To continue in the process of updating. I really got to drive the car very hard today and same stuff. No CEL, and a lot of power. On dry and clean roads, I got sideways shifting into third gear. You know I have to say, regardless of which tune you may choose, the car feel very strong. Not just in a horsepower sense, but the transmission, clutch, and feel from the engine. I think BMW really got it right on this car.
On a side note, no matter what I did (and I drove hard for about 40 minutes), I could not get the oil temperature above about 240 degrees. |

Sam: Are you running the R also? If so, how often do you run it? |

I've been experimenting with all kinds of fuel mixes... and nothing I've tried causes limp modes during runs with the R switch...even running as low as calculated 94 octane mix. My only problem has just been lack of traction... not even 285 wide Bridgestone RE050As help... my 245 Kumho V710's are a little better. I'll have my 275 drag radial setup ready for install hopefully sometime next week .
