I have the VSRF V2 exhaust and it is great, I am waiting on my waterpump/thermostat to be shipped by ECS after that's all done I could upload a video for you. It will in some ways obviously sound different because I am running a single turbo setup but idle/inside you will get the idea.

It only needs the tips adjusted everything else fits like a glove, but it took me forever to track one down.

Can't go wrong with either but PE modded mufflers you can choose the amount of baffling material you want to use. I stuffed my mufflers with extra baffling material so it doesn't rasp or drone. Pretty much got exactly what I wanted. 👍🏻
I'm hurt that my PE vid is not on your list!

Mic run out the trunk and clipped to the license plate for extra nice sound!

If you want to hear a PE in person, I have an E92 without downpipes and am in WI, just north of Milwaukee. I personally think it sounds great and has scared the shit out of a few people not expecting a 335i to be loud. I will say that I wouldn't want it to be any louder than it currently is, no downpipes in my future. The burbles and pops are a pretty awesome added bonus.

People from WI coming out of the woodward, it is RARE for me to see any other E8X or E9X in Madison besides my circle. Is there any in your area/OP area in Oshkosh?

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your car? Was it just the battery or something else?

Otherswise it stays pretty tame under normal load but pretty loud when wanted. Highly recommend this setup because it doesn't drone and quite inside cabin with windows up.
I have the exact same set up and could not agree more regarding how you described the sound!

If I do change mine, it will be for a full custom 3" DP-back exhaust with secondary cats or resonators.

Some clips of mine:

Battery was causing all the malfunctions it took my water pump/thermostat and driver lock actuator with it though .

Funny story about that actually I had talked to him a couple years back when he first got his car I stopped using forums for awhile my car was having A LOT of issues then Paul ended up installing his down pipes last weekend not to sound repetitive but seriously small world right?

Besides the Waterpump/thermostat lock actuator and battery going in one week you know I am still sitting here drooling patiently until the parts get here tomorrow then 30psi here I come I need to enjoy it before winter..Especially Friday being low of 29..

Ouch, that's rough. I just picked up a water pump and t-stat in anticipation of it eventually going out.

Very nice exhaust sound bro. I love your alpine white m-sport, identical to mine! I'll probably do couple vids to catch some of the rasp and post it.
Are you referencing a similar exhaust setup as HPF?
